Karen May, PhD
President
Karen founded RedFish Consulting in 2004 to focus on helping leaders, teams and companies be their best. After a long consulting relationship, Karen joined Google as the Director of Leadership and Talent and will step away from her consulting work while working full-time at Google. For over 20 years, Karen has helped teams and groups through organizational change, strategic planning, problem-solving, and conflict situations. Regardless of industry, whether it’s high tech, government, pharmaceutical, or healthcare, Karen brought the keen insight and deep expertise needed to get through difficult changes and overcome formidable obstacles. Keith Shultz
Consulting Partner
Keith excels at strategy development and organizational change, particularly in these areas: performance turnarounds; implementing new operational structures and processes; mergers and acquisitions; integrating new technologies. He is excited to bring lessons from his 20-plus years of executive HR experience from “the inside” to his clients. Keith is that rare consultant with a unique balance of strategy and execution needed for solving major problems and a perspective only gained from having walked in your shoes. He loves to take on the most difficult challenges, quickly working through complex situations and bringing clarity to solutions. Tom Driscoll, MBA
Senior Consultant
Tom brings a unique perspective that could only come from a varied background that includes clinical experience as a licensed RN, leadership and business experience as an administrator and executive at Kaiser Permanente, and experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. He successfully transformed Kaiser Permanente’s appointment services into a 1100+ seat, 2200 employee, multi-site operation that improved patient phone satisfaction and quality service levels from the 50% level to above 90%. Tom’s dual focus on quality and customer satisfaction led to innovations at the call center including an advanced workflow design that integrated self-service while increasing customer satisfaction, a staffing and costing methodology that forecasted workload, staffing and costs, and effective reporting systems that predicted appointment demand by specialty and seasonality. Dary Sepah, MS

Dary is often “the bridge” between business and technology; he has skillfully integrated technology, process, and people to effectively implement large-scale business transformations both in the US and internationally. He is single-mindedly focused on results and has a passion for improving the customer experience. With over 25 years of experience driving large-scale HR, Financial, and Call Center operations, Dary is known for his out-of-the-box thinking and his ability to deliver innovative solutions that lead to multi-million-dollar enhancements to the bottom-line. Dary has taught Production and Operations Management courses at San Francisco State University School of Business from 1981 through 2008. Kathy Jung, MA

Kathy brings energy and passion to every project she touches. Emphasizing engagement and communication, she attacks organizational problems by addressing root causes and building solutions that are practical and sustainable. Kathy believes that the key to success is being able to ask the right questions and gathering the input of people affected by change. With over 15 years of strategic HR management consulting experience, Kathy is just as comfortable developing a training solution as building processes and structures that support business success. She has created numerous talent management systems, including selection/hiring, succession management, and performance management systems.
